I was reading my favourite magazine Collective Hub, in my favourite place Whangamata and I came upon a little tidbit that’s changed my world (okay maybe not my world but definitely my mornings!).

 

Music with a strong beat at approximately 100-130 BPM is the ideal tempo for waking to, motivating and leading us positively into our day. This insight comes from music psychologist David M Greenberg and Spotify leveraged it, collaborating with him to scientifically engineer a playlist to help us awaken.

 

I took Spotify’s list then used the Radio function to find other tunes with the same beat that suited me better. Here they are.
