Dear Mummy, You’re Important Too
Unlike other how-to parenting books, this book has mummies as it's priority - at it's heart. It understands that, as a mum, you want to be the best mummy you can. It's premise: that means being the best YOU you can be.‘Dear Mummy, You’re Important Too’ helps mums to reclaim themselves by offering helpful and inspiring new ways of thinking about the challenges of motherhood, motivating them to take positive action with a wide assortment of quotes, tips, tactics and practices . . . all delivered in a frank and friendly fashion, and accompanied by recipes for creating delicious morsels of feel-good sustenance along the way.
"A wonderfully affirming book for mums, who are, after all, doing the hardest yet most rewarding job in the world" - Judy Bailey, journalist, broadcaster and mother“What I love about Dear Mummy is that it doesn’t presume to know you or your baby, and doesn’t offer answers: only ideas and new perspectives to get us thinking differently, more positively, about not just who we are as Mummy, but who we are as women” Carly Flynn, journalist, business owner and mother
